CRIME WRAP: Toowoomba man caught drink driving in Roma
Toowoomba man busted on highway
A Wilsonton Heights man will find himself before the Roma Magistrates Court after being caught allegedly over the alcohol limit on the Warrego Highway.
Roma police sergeant Chris Keenan said a 37-year-old man returned a reading over 0.05 and was detained and brought to the station.
A breath analysis allegedly returned 0.072.
Unlicensed driving
Police have charged a man after he was found allegedly driving without a licence on Hawthorne St.
Sergeant Keenan said the 54-year-old Roma man will have to appear in the Roma Magistrates Court on March 31, charged with unlicensed driving.
