Last chance to vote for your favourite Maranoa business

HAVE you ever walked out of a Maranoa business thinking that was some of the best service you have ever received?

Friday is your last chance to shine a light on that business with public voting closing for the customer and business service awards at the 2019 Maranoa Business Awards.

For the sixth year in a row, Maranoa Regional Council will support what has quickly become a must-attend night on the region's annual calendar of events with a $12,000 contribution.

Economic Development councillor Cameron O'Neil said the awards showcased Maranoa's businesses and those individuals who have gone above and beyond with their customer service.

"I am really excited that council has committed to supporting this event for a sixth year,” Cr O'Neil said.

"Each year, Commerce Roma and the team involved do a fantastic job in highlighting the stellar businesses spread across our region.

"I am also delighted to be back on board as master of ceremonies, playing a small part in celebrating the success of our regional businesses is one of my favourite roles.

"I encourage everyone to do their bit and vote for the customer and business service awards by Friday, October 4.”

The Maranoa Business Awards are taking place Saturday, October 12.
